Tariff rates charged for our interstate liquid petroleum and natural gas pipeline system are regulated by the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).  In compliance with the Interstate Commerce Act and the Rules and Regulations of FERC, the following tariffs are in effect for our pipeline:
